ESIGN Electronic Records & Signatures Disclosure

Last updated: July 13, 2026 · Version v1

This disclosure ("Disclosure") explains your rights when you receive records and provide electronic signatures through the Lend-Line platform. It is provided under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., the "ESIGN Act") and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act ("UETA") as adopted in the applicable state.

1. Consent to electronic records & signatures

By checking the ESIGN consent boxes in the platform or by clicking "Agree", "Sign", "Continue", or a similar affirmation, you consent to:

Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Records provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

2. Scope of consent

Your consent applies to Records related to your account, merchant applications, ACH and consulting agreements, disclosures, tax forms, notices, and any other document we or a counterparty provides through the Service, until you withdraw consent.

3. Hardware & software requirements

We will notify you if our system requirements change in a way that creates a material risk that you will not be able to access or retain Records.

4. Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any Record at no charge by emailing support@lend-line.com with the subject "ESIGN paper copy request" and identifying the Record. Requesting a paper copy does not, by itself, withdraw your consent to receive Records electronically.

5. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Records electronically at any time by emailing support@lend-line.com with the subject "Withdraw ESIGN consent". Withdrawal applies only to Records provided after we have a reasonable opportunity to act on your request. Withdrawing consent may terminate your ability to use certain features of the Service, including electronic agreements.

6. Keeping your contact information current

You must keep the email address and phone number in your account current. Update them in your profile settings or contact support.

7. Evidence of signing

When you sign a document through the Service, we record and cryptographically bind to the executed record a signing audit trail including: the document text and a SHA-256 hash of that text; the signer's name, email, and (where provided) title; the IP address and user-agent of the signing device; the geolocation (where the signer permits); UTC timestamps for each event (viewed, agreed to ESIGN consent, signed, delivered); a snapshot of this Disclosure and the consent language shown to the signer; and a unique document identifier used for verification. A verification portal is available at /verify/<agreement id> (linked from each executed record and encoded in the accompanying QR code) so any party may confirm authenticity and integrity.

8. Retention & access

Executed records are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You will continue to have access to executed records through your account for as long as the account is active, and you may download them at any time.
